• Safety & Qualifications: Are you USDA registered and fully insured?

Yes we are fully USDA registered and insured.

• Operations: How many dogs are transported at once, and will they be supervised at all times?

We allow six dogs per dog trainer based on breed and size they may be fewer per trainer.Dog's are supervised all of the time 100%.

• Comfort: Do dogs travel in crates, or is there an “open crate” policy for relaxation?

All of the dog's we transport are not in a crate they are leashes to a seat for safety of each dog.

• Health & Wellness: How do you handle bathroom breaks, water, and mixed ages or energy levels?

Every dog will be allowed to use the bathroom freely when necessary, and we allow water drinking at anytime of the day while in our care. In addition we will seperate the dogs according to the level of energy and match each dog with the care giver and other dogs.

• Communication: Can owners track their pet’s journey or get regular updates from the driver?

This is one of our favorite parts if your pet allows for a camera around its collar you will be able to personally watch what your pet is doing and the care giver carries a camera to follow all of the dogs during outings and you can connect through our gps app.
